Quantum Computing Chip by Microsoft - Majorana 1
Scientists made tiny things called qubits using special materials called top-conductors. These qubits work super fast, don’t break easily, and are really small. They’re so tiny that 100 of them could fit in just one millimeter! That’s smaller than the width of a pencil tip.
Because they’re so small and work so well, we can now build a super-powerful computer with a million qubits.
