Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM)
The Dynamic Systems Development Method was developed in the U.K. in the mid-1990s. Its a ' Existing Agile Method '. It is an outgrowth of, and extension to, rapid application development (RAD) practices. DSDM boasts the best-supported training and documentation of any ASDE10, at least in Europe.
DSDM’s nine principles include active user involvement, frequent delivery, team decision making, integrated testing throughout the project life cycle, and reversible changes in development.
